Our Community

At the St. Francis Spirituality & Retreat Center, this is the gift we hope every guest receives — the deep and lasting peace of Christ. Set apart as a place of prayer, renewal, and community, St. Francis offers a threshold where faith, hospitality, and healing meet, and where all who come may find rest for the soul.

This longing for peace is woven into the very name we carry. Near the end of his life, St. Francis wrote that the Lord had revealed to him a simple greeting to offer everyone he met: "May the Lord give you peace." That same blessing greets every guest who arrives at the Center today — an invitation to set down the weight of the world and rest a while in God's presence.

The Center welcomes Bloom for Women, whose administrative offices are located here, and together we hold a common commitment to hospitality, hope, and healing — one that strengthens the mission and long-term sustainability of both organizations.
